Introduction
Cisco offers three levels of certification depending upon the depth of knowledge required in each stream namely Entry Level, Associate and Professional.
Cisco Certified Technician is an Entry level certification available.
Objective of CCT Certification Exam
Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) test the skills to repair, diagnose, restore, and replace critical Cisco networking and system devices at customer sites
Cisco Certified Technicians have the skills to diagnose, restore, repair, and replace critical Cisco networking and system devices at customer sites. Technicians work closely with the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to quickly and efficiently resolve support incidents.
