Overview of MCSD for .Net Certification Exam :

The Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) on Microsoft .NET credential is the top-level certification for advanced developers who design and develop leading-edge enterprise solutions by using Microsoft development tools and technologies in addition to the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0 and Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1.

Eligibility Criteria :

Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) for Microsoft .NET candidates should have two years of experience developing and maintaining solutions and applications.

Registration Details :

Prometric and Pearson VUE control all Microsoft Certification exams. The MCSE exams can be taken at any authorized Prometric testing centre around the world.

MCSD for .Net Certification Requirements :

To obtain MCSD Certification , the candidate is required to pass five exams i.e, 4 coreexams and one elective exam.

The Core Exams provide a reliable measure of technical proficiency and expertise in developing and maintaining enterprise applications that are based on Microsoft development tools, technologies, and platforms on the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0 and Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1.

The Elective Exam provides proof of expertise on a specific Microsoft server product.

Core Exams: Web Services and Server Components Development(1)
