Exam Objectives (brief):

  1. Using  NGX tools to upgrade to NGX, from VPN-1/FireWall-1 NG or VPN-1 NG with Application Intelligence
  2. Using NGX tools to install NGX on Windows Server 2003 and SecurePlatform
  3. Using VPN-1 SecuRemote/SecureClient to configure remote access
  4. Implement LDAP, and integrate it with NGX SmartCenter Server
  5. Features and limitations of Check Point High Availability solutions

Check Point exams are for a duration of 90 minutes for US, UK, S.A. and several other countries

Exam Format: 

Linear format as of now. The exams are composed of multiple choice and scenario questions.

Check Point exams are offered through Pearson VUE in 3500 locations worldwide. Please check with Pearson VUE website for available in your country/location.

Prior requirements: 

There are no prior requirements for taking the exam. But, candidates are expected to have 6 months to 1 year of experience in related field.

Exam Validity: 

All CCSEs earned on Check Point NG with Application Intelligence will remain current until the next major release of Check Point NGX.
